I have lived in Louisville for over 29 years. My wife and I have lived in the Windy Hills area for the last 5 years with our 2 children. With an active KY real estate license from 2001-2004 I have witnessed, and been part of, the rapid technology transformation of the real estate industry. In 2004 I placed my license in escrow to start www.360ky.com to provide virtual tours and digital photography for the real estate market. Since then, I also formed www.wiredrealty.com with two partners which provides agents with custom MLS integrated web design. Looking for new challenges I’ve decided to reactivate my KY Sales Associate License and work towards a Real Estate Brokers License.
